The 36Pot XL System is extremely versatile and can be used for a wide range of plant types and sizes. Seasonal flowering plants and perennial shrubs thrive and produce an abundance of blooms and foliage because of the unique action of the AQUAvalve, which is designed to allow the plant to go through a wet & dry cycle.

The 1Pot XL System is easily extended so many pots can be linked to a single reservoir. Please see examples of typical layouts using 1/4″ pipe or 1/2” pipe in the image gallery. The pots & trays can be easily moved at will, if the plants grow too large they can be spaced further apart with ease. Once set up and a reservoir is filled with water & mineral liquid feed this extremely versatile system will completely take care of all your plant's needs.

We try our best to keep our inventory updated but with over 2000 products it's hard to be 100% accurate. In rare cases, if the product is on backorder or unavailable, even if it showed "in stock" on the website, we will contact you and ask if you would like to wait for the product to become available, switch your product, or have your payment refunded. If the item is available for immediate shipment (1-3 business days) we will submit the order for processing and arrange shipment. 


Shortly after your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email with a link to track the package on the shipping company website.

Free Shipping All US orders over $99 qualify for free shipping. We're sorry, but due to the very high cost of international shipping, we can only offer free shipping in USA right now. We reserve the right to cancel & refund any destination where we cannot economically ship an item to. If this happens, you will be refunded in full and notified of the issue. 


Below $99 Shipping - The rates for shipping orders below $99 is automatically displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.


Priority Shipping - If you want your package a little bit quicker, express options will be displayed at checkout. In some unusual situations where your order can't be delivered with the option selected at checkout, we will contact you to let you know.


Shipping CarriersGrowbuds ships most orders via UPS, Purolator, FedEx, and USPS. While we do our best to get orders delivered quickly, we cannot account for any delays carriers may have. 


 Most shipping carriers do not ship to PO boxes. If you enter a PO box for your shipping address, we might have to contact you to provide an alternative delivery address. 


Please note that tracking information might be updated one business day after your order has been shipped.


If your order can't be delivered with the carrier selected at checkout, we will contact you to let you know.

Returns Policy

Everyone at Growbuds is committed to making sure customers are satisfied with our products and happy with their purchases. We want to keep things simple because we know what it’s like to be in your shoes. When we purchase from online companies, we too expect a simple return policy that does not confuse or frustrate us. So just how can we do this? That answer is easy. Growbuds is comprised of the highest quality products on the market. We take great pride in our merchandise and are very confident that customers will fall in love with our products just as we have. That said, we can deal with a few outliers that happen to be returned.


While it disappoints us to know that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to ensure you have a smooth return process. 


Below are the steps you need to follow to return an item:


1. Email support@wegrowbuds.co: Before a return can be processed, we need to verify the purchase was made on weGrowbuds.co. If a purchase was made from a third-party, we cannot guarantee the quality or condition of our products. We also need to confirm the item(s) being returned were purchased in the last 30 days. We have a generous return policy, but after 30 days all sales are final. 


2. Repackage your return and send it back: A Growbuds agent will send you a return label. You can print this label and attach it to the return order. We will schedule a pickup whenever you are available. Items sent back without authorization may not be refundable.

Damaged Shipment: 


Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival and make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrived damaged, please send photos to support@wegrowbuds.co where we will review and file a claim for it. 


 Please take note that Growbuds will be free from liabilities wherein the shipping carrier will be held responsible and an investigation will be opened by the carrier on a case by case basis.Growbuds will not bear any responsibility from loss or theft of packages in which the shipping carrier will be liable for fault.


If your item(s) was damaged during shipping, there are missing, or incorrect items, we must be notified within 7 days to correct the issue. Email us support@wegrowbuds.co with your order number and a description of the problem. For damaged items, be sure to include a photograph to assist us in processing the claim. The sooner you notify us the better. Our window for filing insurance claims is limited to 10 days, which means we are unable to refund or replace damaged or missing goods if notified after 7 days.


Charges and credits: 


Shipping charges - Growbuds Returns Department will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, so you don't have to pay for returning your order back to our warehouse. 


Receiving your refund -Upon successful inspection of returned items, a refund, less the restocking fees, will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return.Growbuds charges a 15% restocking fee. You will receive an 85% refund to the credit card or method of payment account originally used.Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

Our main warehouse is located in Las Vegas, Nevada. However, we do have a network of smaller warehouses located in Michigan and Pennsylvania to make our order fulfillment process way more effective, so you can receive your order faster!
